养殖功底扎实：：
深谙养鸡全周期生长习性，，，熟悉非笼养模式下的饲养治理、疫病防控、营养配比，，，能精准预判养殖风险，，，优化生产效率；
Possesses in-depth knowledge of the entire growth cycle of chickens, including feeding management, disease prevention and control, and nutritional formulation in non-caged systems. Capable of accurately predicting breeding risks and optimizing production efficiency.
手艺头脑敏锐：：
醒目养殖相关智能装备的原理与操作，，，能快速适配新装备落地，，，甚至加入装备优化建议；
Proficient in the principles and operation of intelligent equipment related to aquaculture, capable of rapidly adapting to new equipment deployment, and even participating in equipment optimization recommendations.
全球视野坦荡：：
认可非笼养动物福利理念，，，愿意拥抱跨区域养殖场景，，，顺应国际化事情节奏。。。

专业要求：：
动物科学 / 机电工程 / 水利土木匠程相关专业
Animal Science / Mechatronics Engineering / Water Resources and Civil Engineering
门槛要求：：
研究生学历 + 英语六级
Master's degree + CET-6 certification
薪资待遇：：
基今年薪20W+，，，另叠加奖金分红等
Base annual salary of 200,000+ RMB, plus bonuses, profit sharing, and other incentives.
